We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12 per hour!

Who will you be supporting?

    • We are 5 gentlemen that live together with age ranges from 45 to 73 years
    • We have difficulties with our mental health, some of us have seizures and difficulties with our memory
What is important to us?

  • We are proud of our home and the relationships we have with our staff.
  • We like to complete different activities. Some of us enjoy fishing and going to watch the rugby. Some of us enjoy going for shopping and local walks.
  • We enjoy watching different sport such as football, darts and rugby.
  • We enjoy going out and spending time in out local community, we like to keep busy
  • To geta round out local community we will use public transport or taxi’s if we needed too
  • As a group we are very laid back and enjoy different peoples company.
  • We would get along with people that are motivated and want to be a part of out journey. We wouldn’t get along with people who don’t respect our wishes.

Other Important Information?

  • There are 2 staff on shift up until 4 pm then there is 1. Some days there are 3 staff on shift, this is when we will go out and complete any activities that we enjoy.
  • There are different shift and you will be required to complete all 3. The first is 8am - 8am including a sleep-in shift, this is 7 days a week. The second is an 8am - 4pm shift 7 days a week. Finally there is a 12pm - 6pm shift 3 days a week, the days vary depending on activities that the people we support have planned.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join out team. We want someone who will thrive in being able to provide the best lives possible to for us. All staff will receive mandatory training as well as further training specific to our needs and service
