, We support 17 individuals at this Service comprising of 12 bedsits and a 3-bed roomed bungalow which 2 people reside. They require various levels of support with learning disabilities, mental health and physical disabilities. We focus on achieving individualised goals, working together to overcome barriers, and ensuring people are living their very best lives. They need to be supported by people who understand their individual needs, and will promote their independence and really make a positive difference to their lives. They each have their own interests and like to take part in lots of activities - from karaoke, baking, BBQs and garden parties - to discos, day trips and holidays. They have all had experience of challenges with their anxieties, past traumas and behaviours. They need support workers to be confident supporting them in these areas. We need to build on their trust to help them feel safe and secure. We are recruiting for a 40 hour and a 30 hour Post of waking nights which would be from 10 pm - 8am. We require support workers to be flexible over the week to meet the needs of this service.,
