Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients and promote insurance products
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and record keeping
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and other privacy standards

Requirements
