Here at CHMHA we have a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeper.
Our housekeeper is responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment for staff and residents in a residential setting. They will follow the required procedures to keep the facility in compliance with cleaning standards as outlined by state guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishes, buffers, etc

Complete daily housekeeping task list as assigned by supervisor

Ensure of proper trash and item disposal after each shift

Keep storage areas clean and organized

Inform Residential Administrator of needed supplies

Inform staff of needed facility repairs to be assigned to maintenance

Work with staff and outside contractors in a respectful and courteous manner

Maintain resident and staff confidentiality at all times

Maintain records in keeping with agency, county, and state guidelines

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work non-traditional schedule as required by facility needs

Have legible handwriting

Ability to do simple mathematics

Ability to perform duties outlined above within reasonable accommodation
Salary : $23 - $28
