We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an established, high-volume restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who enjoys developing people, improving systems, and creating a consistently strong experience for both guests and employees.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead the management team, maintain service and facility standards, and take ownership of the restaurant’s financial and operational performance. We are looking for someone who is visible during service, communicates clearly, follows through consistently, and knows how to balance accountability with support.
What You’ll Own
- Daily front- and back-of-house operations
- Development of managers and hourly team members
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and retention
- Service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Labor management, payroll review, and operating expenses
- Guest feedback and employee performance concerns
- Communication between service and culinary teams
- Operational improvements that support consistency and profitability
What You’ll Bring
- Previous General Manager experience
- Experience managing a high-volume, full-service operation
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, labor controls, budgeting, and restaurant financials
- A proven ability to coach managers and hourly employees
- Confidence handling difficult conversations and making sound decisions
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
