Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Transition RN Fellowship at Community Hospital prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience to be eligible for this program. Positions are limited and early application is encouraged. Application period is open December 1st 2025 and will closed when a sufficient number of applicants have been received.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
- Registered Nurse with current CA License in good standing
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- American Heart Association - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(14) months and with at least a 'Meets' standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.
