Key Responsibilities Include:
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and carry out evidence-based nursing interventions across various patient conditions
- Monitor and interpret diagnostic data, recognize early signs of complications, and act promptly in emergency situations
- Administer medications, including narcotics and blood products, with precision and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and communicate changes in patient condition
- Support patient and family education, ensuring understanding of diagnoses, treatments, and care after discharge
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, and uphold all hospital policies and regulatory standards

Job Requirements
- 1 year of OB/Wellborn experience in an acute care hospital is required.
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
