FT Staff Accountant needed for North OKC Office - In-person
Position Summary
The Full Time Staff Accountant provides accounting support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and end-of-month accounting functions, including account reconciliations. This role is eligible to work remotely from home part-time.
ØExhibits excellent business math skills.
ØExcellent knowledge of Excel, MS Word, 10 Key.
ØEffectively working and cooperating with supervisors, co-workers, clients and hospital management.
ØFollowing the directions of supervisors.
ØRefraining from causing or contributing to disruption in the workplace.
ØRegular and reliable attendance.
ØPerforms other duties as assigned.
ØCodes and posts misc. cash deposits
ØReconciles bank accounts and all general ledger balance sheet accounts and timely follows-up on reconciling items
ØPrepares PACS Billing
ØBills intercompany transactions and billings to external parties for amounts due to company
ØAssists and backs-up Accounts Payable Specialist and Senior Accountant as needed.
ØAssists Controller, Chief Accounting Office and CFO in preparing for annual audit.
ØSpecial accounting projects as assigned

Qualifications
ØBachelors Degree
ØIntermediate knowledge of MS word and Excel
1-3 Years Accounting Experience Preferred
