We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (Clinic Coordinator) to join our team at Southwest Montana Clinic – Granite located in Philipsburg, MT. Southwest Montana Clinic – Granite is committed to providing excellent health care to the community. The mission of our primary care/orthopedic clinic is to provide our patients with the same high quality health care that we expect for our families.
This role is primarily scheduled Monday – Friday. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming patients
- Rooming patients as directed, collecting patient information and history
- Completing room turnover and cleaning
- Stocking supplies and manage inventory
- Maintaining record logs for quality control
- Enhancing the patient experience by providing a welcoming environment and extraordinary care
Qualifications:
- Terminal degree or certification in healthcare is preferred.
- Previous medical clinic experience preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
