Responsible for assessing and coordinating patient care needs in an outpatient oncology setting. Role includes providing guidance, education, and support while facilitating communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other agencies as needed.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
  • Must be willing and able to obtain OCN certification or comparable certification within 24 months of hire
