home in Sparta, WI. She is a kind and caring woman who needs some
support to live independently. Schedule: Daily 8:009:00 AM and/or
8:309:30 PM (short shifts) Estimated 1015 hours per month-looking for a
minimum of one day a week and every other weekend. Pay: \$18.00/hour
Summary: Community Horizons is assisting the member to find a
dependable, compassionate personal caregiver to assist with daily
routines in a private home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
one-on-one support, has a patient demeanor, and is motivated to make a
real difference in someone\'s day-to-day life. Tasks: Assist with
dressing, undressing, and personal hygiene Support toileting and shower
routines Maintain skin care and personal comfort Light household chores
and laundry Help ensure a safe and organized living space Ideal
