JOB REQUIREMENTS: Flexible Hours \| \$16.32/hour \| Training Provided
Are you patient, dependable, and ready to make a meaningful impact? A
warm, caring woman who requires full support is seeking a part-time
caregiver to join her in-home care team. Though she is nonverbal and
depends on assistance for daily activities, she thrives with
compassionate, consistent care from someone who values dignity and
kindness. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential hands-on
support, from medical care to companionship, in a calm and respectful
environment. Training is provided for all specialized tasks. Schedule
Monday Thursday: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
What You\'ll Be Doing Providing tube feedings (no prior experience
neededtraining provided) Assisting with all personal care, including
hygiene and dressing Using a Hoyer lift for safe, supported transfers
Engaging in calming activities such as music, crafts, or peaceful time
outdoors Helping maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home
environment You\'re a Great Fit If You Are: At least 18 years old
Compassionate, patient, and calm under pressure Comfortable providing
hands-on personal care Dependable and attentive to routines Willing to
learn and complete all necessary training Able to pass a background
check Comfortable in a pet-friendly home (there is one friendly dog)

choicesselecting who provides their care and how those services are
delivered. While Community Horizons offers guidance and mentorship, we
