What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM,Noc, Or Live-In Caregiver position at Community Horizons?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you someone who finds purpose in helping others
live comfortably and independently in their own home? Here at Community
Horizons, we\'re looking for a reliable, caring person to provide
part-time or full-time support for our members based in the Appleton
area. In this position, you will be helping a wonderful woman in her own
home with any of her daily living needs, along with personal care.
Please note to self: - The hours can be very flexible and are up for
discussion if needed. To be considered for this role, applicants must
have permanent residence within 30 to 50 miles of the Appleton area.
Shift: PM, Noc Shifts, or live-in - The typical hours go from Friday
4:00 PM to Monday 8 AM (The hours are up for discussion and can be
broken up throughout the weekend.) Pay: - \$16.50 \_ (Awake and sleep
hours are paid. Overtime is paid accordingly.)\_ Job Duties: - Trach
suctioning and operating a ventilator overnight- Training included! -
Companionship and Conversation - Prepare meals and/or snacks according
to the client\'s preference - Assist with transfers with a
Sit-to-stand - Perform Light Housekeeping Activities, Which Include
(Laundry, dishes, etc.) - Assist with personal hygiene - Assist with
getting dressed Requirements: - A valid driver\'s license and a reliable
vehicle - Candidates must be able to pass a Wisconsin caregiver
background check - Honesty and reliability are crucial attributes for
candidates - This is a smoke-free home - Don\'t worry if you\'re new!
