What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver - Weekends (Part Time/PM Shift) position at Community Horizons LLC?
A valued member of the Eagle River community is seeking a dependable and consistent caregiver to provide morning assistance on weekends. This is a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful and rewarding contribution while earning additional income.
Schedule:
The member is looking for assistance on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6 PM-9 PM (may be flexible).
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Provide companionship and great conversation
- Cooking with or for the member (opportunity to learn & sharpen your kitchen skills)!
- Housekeeping, which includes laundry
- Assisting the member with Range of Motion exercises
- Transferring of the member
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene, including toileting
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous PT experience is a plus!
- Knowledge of MS helps understand the members' needs
- Ability to work in a pet-friendly home
- Must be able to pass the State of WI Caregiver background check
- Reliability is an absolute must in this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
