  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy across settings.
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Conduct intake assessments and patient care activities with compassion, professionalism, and adherence to medical terminology and best practices. Experience
  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, patient assessment protocols, and medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments within clinical or educational settings.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a patient-centered manner while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals. Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
