WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORA PROVEN TRACK RECORD

We want a Finance Manager who can demonstrate measurable success in areas such as:

• PVR and F&I gross profit
• Vehicle service contract penetration
• GAP penetration
• Maintenance and protection products
• Finance reserve and lender performance
• Product presentation and closing percentages
• Deal structure and funding efficiency
• Customer satisfaction and CSI
• Compliance and documentation accuracy

Your numbers matter. We're interested in candidates who understand their performance metrics, take ownership of their results, and consistently look for ways to improve.

YOU'RE AN INVOLVED CLOSER.

You don't wait for opportunities to come to you. You help create them.

You work closely with Sales Management, understand deals before they reach your office, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively throughout the sales process.

You know that F&I profitability starts before the customer enters the finance office.

You're comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment where teamwork, accountability, and consistent execution matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Consistently deliver strong PVR and F&I gross profit.
• Present financing options and protection products professionally and effectively.
• Build value around vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance, and other available products.
• Maximize product penetration while maintaining customer trust.
• Structure deals effectively and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Partner with Sales Management to improve deal quality and overall profitability.
• Ensure contracts are accurate, complete, compliant, and funded promptly.
• Maintain strong CSI and a positive customer experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow all applicable federal and state regulations, lender requirements, and dealership policies.

Most importantly, you'll take ownership of your performance and contribute directly to the success of the dealership.

HONDA EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. F&I PERFORMANCE IS WHAT MATTERS.

We welcome candidates with experience in Honda dealerships as well as other automotive brands.

Experience with Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, Ford, or other import and domestic manufacturers can translate well to this opportunity.

We're looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of successful F&I operations, can adapt to our processes, and has the production history to back up their claims.

You don't need high-line experience. You need strong F&I skills, a competitive mindset, and a track record of results.
