What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Home Care) position at Community Home Healthcare, Inc.?
Community Home Health Care, located in Chambersburg, PA, is currently seeking a CNA (Home Health Aide) for home care visits in Chambersburg and surrounding areas.
This would be considered a PRN position as you will be assigned patient's as home health aide is needed, there will NOT be set hours. You will make your own schedule.
****MUST BE A REGISTERED CNA with PA, HAVE CPR CERTIFICATION AND 2 STEP TB TEST TO START WORK***

Job Responsibilites:
- Must follow care plan created by RN case manager
- Reading and recording vital signs such as temperature, B/P, Pulse and Respirations.
- Assisting Patients with Bathing, Oral Hygiene, Hair Care, Skin Care, Foot Care, etc.
- Assisting Patient with Ambulation, Elimination, etc.
- Assisting with light housekeeping, light meal preparation (if necessary or ordered)
- Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment
- Maintains basic infection control procedures
- Documenting visits and turning in documents in a timely manner
Job Qualifications:
- Current CNA License
- CPR certification
- Current Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
- Current Car Insurance
- Ability to work independently
- 2 step TB test BEFORE seeing patients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
