We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our home health team. Full time, Part time, and Per Diem positions available in both North and South County.
What we're looking for:
- California licensed RN with or without home health experience.
- Must be a quick learner and be reliable.
- Valid BLS-CPR, reliable auto and auto insurance.
- Clean background check.
- Bilingual and/or wound care certified is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Obtain orders from physicians for any changes to care plans.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and other healthcare professional team members.
- Document patient care in accordance with standards of practice in a timely fashion.
Job Types: Per diem, Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
