What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Aide position at Community Home Health Care?
Community Home Health Care is hiring a few Home Care Aides (HHA/PCA) to work with some of our elderly clients in the Sullivan County, NY area.
Paid Training Opportunities:
- Paid PCA Certificate Training* (5–6 business days).
- Paid ACD Test-Out Option* (1–2 days): to qualify candidates must have at least three months of caregiving experience within the past three years.
*To be eligible for paid training, trainees must reside in Sullivan County and be able to travel to our Monticello office for classes.
- NEW! In-person or Hybrid PCA training available!* Hybrid training will be 2 days in person and the rest will be taken from home, offering great flexibility!
Home Care Aides (HHA/PCA) assist our clients in their homes by primarily providing hands-on personal care and possibly light housekeeping, assistance walking/moving, and meal preparation, among other tasks.
