Role Description
This is a per diem on-site role for a qualified NYS Registered Nurse to become a PCA Trainer at Community Home Health Care. The RN PCA Trainer will be responsible for conducting training and ACD test sessions for caregivers, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires fluency in English, and is based in Syracuse, NY.
RN PCA Trainer Qualifications:
- Must be tech savvy - must be able to use a computer, copy/paste, email, update PDFs, PowerPoint, and more.
- Strong outgoing and people skills
- Responsible and punctual
- Valid NY RN license
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a RN
- 1 year of proven home care experience - must be on resume
