Education/Licensure
High school/GED.
Current valid driver's license in state of residence
Experience/Knowledge
Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, applicant tracking systems, and employer branding initiatives
Knowledge of employment law applicable to recruitment and applicants.
Oral and written skills to appropriately communicate with team members, internal and external customers by phone, email, face-to-face, one-to-one, and in a group.
Proficient in computer usage of database, internet, email, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software.
Physical requirements that are bona fide occupational qualifications essential to the performance of the job (with or without accommodations):
Visual acuity to maintain electronic and paper records.
Auditory acuity to respond to verbal communications.
Stamina to work in an office setting for assigned work shift.
