Horizon Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant in the Eastern Region. The Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant will provide general nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Successful candidates for the RN/LPN/CMA should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care.
