Additionally, the IT Support Specialist assists with IT-related staff onboarding, providing essential technical setup and entry-level clinical/technical training. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure new hires receive the necessary hardware, software, and system access on their first day.
- Maintain the confidentiality and safety of patient health information by complying with organizational HIPAA Privacy and Security policies.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory, including tracking deliveries, returns, and availability.
