Community Health Services is looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Fremont, Ohio! This is a full-time, exempt position, with competitive pay and benefits! In this role, you'll partner closely with our Director of Human Resources and support all aspects of HR, including:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
✅ Employee Relations
✅ Benefits & Payroll Administration
✅ Training & Development
✅ HR Compliance and Workforce Initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
✅ Associate’s Degree with relevant HR experience will be considered
✅ At least 2 years' experience in Human Resources
✅ Experience with Payroll and Benefits Administration
✅ Personable and Approachable
✅ Strong Communication Skills
✅ Organized and Detail-Oriented
✅ Confidential, Reliable, and Professional
