The Recovery Program Administrator position is contingent upon grant
funds, employment will depend on the successful acquisition and
continuation of the behavioral health grant. The Recovery Program
Administrator ensures effective coordination, communication, and
follow-through across the CHP Recovery Team and CHP sites. This position
combines patient care coordination, project administration, data
tracking and input, and quality improvement to strengthen program
delivery and outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
mission-driven, and able to manage their time and balance multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Engagement** - Organize and support group sessions on recovery,
mental health, and wellness topics. - Conduct outreach, recruitment, and
attendance follow-up for group programs. - Track participation and
outcomes of group interventions. **Data and Quality Management** - Train
in the federal RedCap portal for NOMS data, track completion of data
entry, and assist with entry. - Oversee quarterly and six-month
reassessments required by the program grant. - Collect and monitor data
related to patient engagement, outcomes, and quality. **Experience**
(Preferred but not required) - At least 3 years\' experience in
outpatient health care (primary care, behavioral health, or substance
use treatment) - Demonstrated success in case management, care
coordination, or healthcare project work. - Strong communication,
organization, and time management skills - Proficiency in EMR systems
and office software - Team-oriented with proven leadership and
collaboration skills - Ability to engage patients with empathy, cultural
