Playgroup Leader - Part-Time (15hrs/week)

Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour

Schedule: Up to 15 hours / week

The playgroup leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the playgroup sessions in the community to ensure safe, stimulating play and learning opportunities and to provide for the needs of the whole child as outlined by CFCE. This will involve planning, preparing and delivering play-based activities appropriate for children aged 1m – 5 years. Play group leaders will act as role models for parents and provide onsite opportunities for modeling positive discipline and conflict resolution. Playgroup leaders are the ambassadors of Community Health Programs and will provide parents with access to resources and services. Customer service is key.
