We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of mental health needs, and the ability to provide effective counseling services. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with a diverse client population, offering support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to help them overcome challenges and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health and emotional issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Offer crisis intervention as needed and connect clients to appropriate resources.
- Advocate for clients' needs and assist in navigating community resources and social services.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid LCSW license in Illinois.
- Proven experience in clinical social work, with strong therapeutic skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
