Position Summary:
Performs a variety of essential personnel related to clerical duties associated with applicant screening, typing, and filing, maintaining employment records, credentialing, and basic functions relative to customer service.
Requirements Required:
- 2 years minimum of experience in Human Resources or related role.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (ADA, FMLA, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS systems, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and credentialing processes.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client, staff, and agency information in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Office 365.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary.
