Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer and assists with the daily operations of the Agency. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations, effective communication, and coordination across departments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of college-level secretarial coursework or two (2) years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role preferred.
- Ability to travel locally and out of town as needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjust schedule as necessary.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client, staff, and agency information
- Ability to accept supervision and follow direction.
- Ability to interact professionally with the public, patients, staff, and administration, including in stressful or challenging situations.
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, faxing, and use of standard office equipment.
Qualifications Required:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and common-sense decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills; bilingual/bicultural abilities a plus.
