What are the responsibilities and job description for the PHP Treatment Manager position at Community Health Connections?
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with the Chief Behavioral Health Officer to improve and assure clinical quality at all health center sites,
- Support and collaborate with BH internship supervisor including providing individual and group supervision as well as participating in the didactic seminar for interns weekly.
- Provide in-service trainings and education for staff.
- Participate in clinical group supervision, all staff meeting and BH Leadership Meeting.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy for a half-time caseload.
- Maintain productivity.
- In concert with Behavioral Health Director and Chief BH Officer, complete chart reviews on time and accurately.
- Participate in BH quality initiatives.
- Demonstrate understanding and commitment of the health center mission.
- Demonstrates understanding and commitment to the established CHC Values and Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager on marketing activities to assure an active stream of referrals.
- Maintains regular contact with referral sources to coordinate services.
- Provide community providers and organizations education about services and the referral process for day treatment services.
- Creates and maintains an updated and effective treatment curriculum for clinicians to follow to assure meaningful and impactful care.
- Oversee the quality of documentation to assure that the program is compliant with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Facilitate groups in the absence of an adequate number of staff.
- Maintains a staffing schedule which assures group coverage by qualified clinicians.
- Conducts interviews and hires staff to ensure that staffing levels are maintained.
- Assures coverage is maintained to conduct groups during vacation and holiday times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- LICSW or LMHC required.
- 2 years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting.
- 2 years of PHP/Day Treatment services delivery.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
