What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Registration Clerk position at Community Health Center of Central Missouri?
Patient Registration Clerk is a critical link between the patient and the health center. The incumbent serves as a liaison between patients and providers while providing a high level of customer service. Major duties include: continually monitoring provider clinic schedules to ensure optimal clinic flow, assisting patients with accessing services within the system, providing support to the providers, and special projects as assigned. Applicants must be able to multitask with a high level of accuracy. We offer outstanding roles for candidates throughout the healthcare spectrum in both clinical and non clinical roles. Ideal candidate would have previous experience with patient registration, insurance knowledge, working in the front office of a medical clinic, excellent customer service skills and computer skills a must for this position.
