We're looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Davenport, IA! In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes MVP supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee records, orientations, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll help create a great employee experience from day one while keeping everything organized and running efficiently.
What You'll Do⭐ Support recruiting and interview scheduling
⭐ Help welcome and onboard new team members
⭐ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
⭐ Assist with orientations and HR projects
⭐ Answer employee questions and provide excellent customer service
⭐ Support HR leadership with a variety of administrative tasks

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (or the ability to learn quickly!)
