CHC is hiring a Dental Scheduling Coordinator to support the Dental Department through advanced scheduling, coordination of procedures, and management of patient lists.
This role is key in ensuring efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience, while also providing front desk support as needed.
Wage range for this role is $17-$24/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments; manage reschedules
- Optimize provider schedules to reduce gaps and improve flow
- Coordinate dental procedures with proper timing and preparation
- Serve as liaison between Dental and Scheduling teams
- Work patient lists (recalls, follow-ups, unscheduled treatment)
- Support front desk functions as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate patient information
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of scheduling or healthcare front office experience preferred
- Dental scheduling experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
