Job Description:
- Provide one-on-one Aquatic Therapy to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral/mental health diagnoses
- Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients
- Document on each session
- Communicate with other team members and service providers
- Turn in timely documentation including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes
- Must be able and willing to transport client(s) during client visits
- Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication
- Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance
- Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
- Implement patient care plans through home and community goal-related activities
- Able to work independently, manage one’s own time and the time of client(s)
All therapists must have the following:
- Resume
- CTRS or TRS/TXC or LMT certified
- CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only)
- Basic Water Rescue and/or Lifeguard Training
- Social Security Card
- Driver's License
- Auto Insurance (with 100/300/100 coverage minimum)
- Professional Liability Insurance (with $1 million/$3 million coverage limit)

Salary : $50 - $55
