Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) – Home Health & Hospice
About the Company: Community Harmony Hospice and Northern Homecare are family-owned businesses with over 30 years’ experience serving homebound/hospice patients in their homes.
We are hiring a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) to provide in-home care for patients receiving Home Health and Hospice services.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Compensation: $20 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nurse or care team
- Provide comfort and dignity-focused care for hospice patients
- Follow individualized care plans and document care
Requirements:
- Current CNA and listed on the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Experience with home health or hospice preferred
