Property Repair Technician:

If you prefer doing something different every day, then you would feel at home in our supportive and rewarding company. We are looking for a "Jack of all trades" candidate ready to work

independently as well as be a part of a team while completing a variety of construction, repair, and maintenance projects.

This position requires a valid license and reliable transportation in order to drive to our Moraine office or the jobsite daily. Employees must be reliable, punctual, detail oriented and have the willingness to learn new skills and trades. This is a labor position. You will be expected to complete projects individually as well as part of a labor team on a daily basis. We will provide you with the leadership and training needed as well as tools and materials required for the projects. Previous extensive experience operating power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment is required. Our projects include rough, finish and repair carpentry, deck repairs and installation, siding repairs and installation, foundation repairs, slab jacking, drywall repair and installation, painting, pressure washing, framing and structural repairs, crawlspace remediation, concrete replacement and installation, fencing, light electrical and plumbing, drainage repairs and replacement as well as general repair/maintenance projects, etc. Experience and proficiency in some or all of these repair skills and construction trades is expected for this position. Our projects are generally located in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati regions.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Professional work ethic, high standards for quality, detail-oriented

• Extensive previous experience in construction trades, remodeling, and/or property maintenance

• Extensive previous experience operating hand and power tools

• Correctly complete construction, maintenance, and repair work orders independently or with a labor team member within the budgeted hours provided and to company expectations and standards

• Safely drive a company provided service vehicle from the office to job sites (if applicable)

• Provide high quality and detail-oriented labor to ensure the project process is completed efficiently, professionally, and with upmost quality standards

• Communicate professionally with staff, management, and customers to establish and maintain effective working relationships

• Maintain a clean and a safe workspace

• Ability to work in various environments

• Ability to safely work from ladders, lifts, roofs, 

• Ability to handle physical workload while completing a variety of projects

• Willingness and ability to learn new skills and trades

• Arrive on time daily (full-time position, overtime may be requested or required)

• Valid Ohio driver's license

• Must have reliable transportation

• Willingness and ability to pass a background check

Initial compensation is dependent upon previous experience, current capabilities, and role within the company. Starting pay rate will be offered during or after the interview process. The Property Repair Technician position will have a starting pay rate of up to $30/hr. Salary or increased compensation may be available for the right candidate after an initial review period is completed.
