Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Nantucket, MA. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the foundation, ensuring efficiency and effective use of resources. Responsibilities include managing office functions, developing operational policies, overseeing project management processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with various teams to support program implementation and enhance organizational performance.
