Make a meaningful impact every day by providing safe, reliable, and supportive transportation that helps residents enjoy activities, appointments, and community outings. The Patterson is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Senior Living Activities Driver, you'll play an essential role in enhancing resident mobility and independence while supporting the lifestyle team. You'll be responsible for transporting residents safely, assisting them on and off the vehicle, and helping ensure timely and organized trips for appointments, errands, and activities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their driving skills, enjoys working with older adults, and brings a dependable, resident-first mindset to every trip. You'll work closely with the Director of Lifestyles and concierge team to provide door-to-door transportation services and support community engagement activities.
Pay: $14 – $17 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 32 hours per week
Location: 4175 Indian Ripple Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45440
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and a good driving record
- Minimum of two years of licensed driving experience
- Ability to safely assist residents on and off the vehicle, including proper wheelchair securement
- Ability to access and use email, GPS devices, tablets, and other technology as required
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to resident safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 21 years of age or older
