Education: High School Diploma or GED
Licenses or other required certifications: Food Handlers card or Serv Safe certification
Experience: At least two years of hospitality experience – restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that patrons have a pleasurable dining experience
- Responsible to train all Front of the House employees
- Resolve customer complaints, monitor service times and manage table availability
- Assist behind the scenes to make sure food and beverage service runs smoothly
- Assist the Director of Culinary with scheduling shifts of front of the house staff
- Assist with supply inventory, ordering, stocking, etc.
- Oversee operations of the dining room, catering events and other dining settings to include inspecting side wok and closing the dining rooms.
- Assist serving staff during meal time, including tray delivery when needed.
- Help the Engagement team with set up and tear down of activities that are held in the dining room.
- Ensure dining team is compliant with health and safety procedures

Qualifications

Experience: At least two years of hospitality experience – restaurant experience preferred

- Good organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in the English language
