Dining Room Supervisor

Montage Mason is a luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering a restaurant-style dining experience by ensuring meals are prepared and served with excellence, consistency, and care.

In This Role, You Will

• Oversee the organized and timely execution of meals across multiple stations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
• Work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef
• Execute ticketed orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Keep stations clean, stocked, and operating smoothly
• Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience for residents

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

• Must be available for both AM and PM shifts
• Weekend availability required
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical
• Strong cooking skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes
• Understanding of food preparation procedures and ingredient proportions
• Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and safe food storage practices
• Patience, professionalism, and a passion for cooking
  
  

Certifications

• Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification preferred not required
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience
• Restaurant experience preferred
