Sales, Treatment Conversion & Patient Relations (Primary 80%)
- Build rapport with new and existing patients to improve case acceptance and treatment scheduling.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answer questions, and guide patients through decisions.
- Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails to re-engage patients and close pending treatment.
- Manage scheduling to maximize production, reduce no-shows, and keep the day flowing smoothly.
- Support financial conversations and prepare patients for next steps.
- Assist with outreach, reactivation, and retention campaigns to improve patient loyalty.
- Assist the dentist by passing instruments, retracting, and preparing rooms.
- Restock and organize operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain OSHA/CDC standards.
- Help document patient notes and updates in the practice management system.
- Support front office tasks: scheduling, confirmations, patient check-in/out, and communication logs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and track all follow-ups within the PMS.
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or client relations (dental experience a plus).
- Dental assisting experience preferred but not required we will train the right candidate.
- Foreign-trained dentists or individuals with dental knowledge are welcome.
- Excellent communicator: warm, persuasive, organized, and consistent.
- Comfortable with dental software, scheduling, and learning clinical basics.
