- Disburse loans on the servicing systems upon receipt of package for the title company
- Pay homeowners and flood insurance premiums, real estate taxes, and required monthly PMI payments
- Assist with daily, monthly, and annual processing and maintenance of the mortgage servicing platform including annual escrow analysis

- High School diploma or equivalent degree
- One year of lending related experience with prior mortgage experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite and web-based software packages
