About the Role
This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with an occasional Saturday morning rotation. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Richland Center team and ensure excellent customer service
- Originate consumer loans and process transactions

Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of prior banking experience
- Minimum one year managerial experience/demonstrated leadership ability
