What You'll Do/Day to Day
- Provide oversight and accountability for loan data entry and manual payment posting.
- Maintain loan information and system parameters for all loan types.
- Review work, compare system data with source documents, and correct discrepancies.
- Review error and maintenance reports and complete necessary corrections.
- Research and resolve non-posting, exception, and general ledger issues.
- Prepare simplified loan documents and loan-servicing reports.
- Review loan files and index scanned documentation.
