Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Support fraud prevention and detection efforts by monitoring account activities for suspicious behavior.
- Handle cash management duties, including balancing cash drawers and performing cash handling tasks.
- Utilize financial software for transaction processing, record keeping, and reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial services, banking operations, and retail math principles.
- Proficiency in cash handling, debits & credits, and cashiering practices.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently.
- Competence in using financial software applications and 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
