We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lender to join our team on-site in Kokomo, IN. The Commercial Lender will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, managing lending operations, and cultivating strong relationships with customers. This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their financial needs, evaluating creditworthiness, and providing tailored financial solutions. Additionally, the position involves ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high service standards in all customer interactions.
- Expertise in Underwriting and evaluating commercial loan applications
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in analyzing SBA loans and related programs
- Solid knowledge of Finance and Loans, including principles and practices of commercial lending
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude for problem-solving
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in commercial lending or banking is a strong advantage
