- Completion of Sophomore or Junior year by June 2026 majoring in Accounting, Mathematics, Business
- GPA of 3.0 overall or 3.5 in Major is preferred
- Participation in appropriate activities outside of the classroom (e.g. work, intercollegiate or intramural athletics, business club, etc.)
- Strong Analytical and Technical skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on BPAS web applications to promote quicker turnaround of web development initiatives.
- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of any issues as they arise.
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, automation logic, and deployment instructions.
- Support production rollout testing and post-release validation.
- Where applicable, work with the Retirement Web Manager to streamline and automate testing scenarios to promote efficiencies.
- Ability to use menu-driven software in addition to Word and Excel programs
