Community Federal Savings Bank is a full-service payments, lending and banking provider that delivers global financial services through a personal approach. The VP, Infrastructure Engineer, provides support for network and infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities:

• Create and support CI/CD for on-prem infrastructure.
• Architect and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Docker).
• Manage Azure and AWS environments, including Intune MDM.
• Oversee networking: TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure security best practices for cloud and on-premises systems.
• Administer VMware, Nutanix, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Utilize monitoring and metric visualization tools. (Logic Monitor, Grafana)
• Apply Windows and Linux administration.
• Promote Zero Trust architecture.
• Manage backup/disaster recovery (e.g., Rubrik).
• Oversee process documentation and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of Terraform and CI/CD
• Knowledge of server hardware and software, including Windows and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Understanding of storage infrastructure, including SANs and NAS devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in computer science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8 years in infrastructure, and cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure as code concepts
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms, such as VMware or Hyper-V, Azure & AWS.

Salary: $165,000 - $180,000 K / year
