In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our leaders and employees, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will drive key initiatives that enhance our organizational culture and employee experience, playing a pivotal role in shaping our People Operations strategy.Responsibilities:Strategic Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related issues, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment in alignment with company values.Talent Development: Collaborate with teams to design and implement development programs that align with individual growth goals and business objectives.Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business priorities.Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and overall workplace satisfaction.HR Operations: Manage day-to-day People Operations tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends that influence workforce strategies.Policy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and processes to support a scalable and compliant workforce.Special Projects: Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee experience. Assist in the implementation of HR technology solutions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Sound knowledge across the employee lifecycle with experience supporting and working in different functional areas of People Operations (Human Resources).Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.Problem-solving aptitude and a positive attitude are a must.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around personal information.Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills.Strong integrity and character; accountability and personal organization are essential.Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.Ability to work onsite minimum 3 days a week.Education, Training, and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.3-5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, with a focus on partnering with business leaders in fast-paced environments, preferably in fintech, banking, or tech.Experience working in the Fintech industry is a plus.Proficiency in HR software (Paycom, ADP...) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with Performance Management and Employee Training.Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 K / year"Base salary range does not include performance-based bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable.
