Purpose: The purpose of this position is to support the operation of the winter shelter site by completing daily client intake processes and related data entry requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Complete shelter intake interviews with shelter guests
- Record and track daily attendance of shelter guests
- Enter client level data of shelter guests into Allegheny County’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
- Proficiency with computers, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working with vulnerable populations such as those experiencing homelessness or domestic violence is preferred
- 6:00PM-10:00PM daily onsite at shelter location
- Additional time working offsite/remote completing data entry
